1. CuriousGPT is a platform that provides the use of its own AI infrastructure as a service. We do not sell the use of the models, we sell the computational power necessary to run the AI models contained in the platform.

2. The AI models used have an open license from their creators, no proprietary commercial models or models with copyrights or intellectual property that could be violated by using them are used.

3. The possibilities offered by the models are the responsibility of their creators.

4. The user is fully responsible for the texts or images generated or edited with the AI models on the platform. We cannot see the generated content because all chats are strongly encrypted with a unique key generated for each user.

5. All content entered, attached, generated and transmitted is strongly encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone (not even us).

6. The images attached and generated by the user are saved encrypted locally in the user's browser memory. We do not collect or have access to that generated content.

7. The entered text is encrypted with a unique key generated for each user and is stored encrypted on totally private and secure platform servers (Not hosting servers) so that the text history can be restored from any device where the session is started.

8. The user is responsible for complying with the law of each country when using the CuriousGPT platform. We are not responsible for the misuse or illegal content generated by the user.

9. All content entered and generated by the user is completely private and anonymous, it cannot be accessed or seen by anyone, not even us since end-to-end encryption is used (like the WhatsApp platform).

10. Messages from the conversation history older than 6 months will be removed annually, but all other chats in the history (less than 6 months old) will be kept.
